I just want to take a moment to let everybody know how AWESOME you
were last night. Both the Cast AND the Audience! Everybody was on
and it showed. The show energy was fantastic. To me there really
wasn't any lulls. I was so caught up I totally forgot to do shirtless
o'clock. Oopsie! :) Everybody did a really great job and last night
was a very good example of an LPP show. I would be proud to put you
guys up in front of any other RHPS people out there and let you show
them what we got and how we do it! The interaction between the cast
and the audience was right where it should be and is exampled by the
fact that once again, when the lights came up, none of them left they
all wanted to stay in the theater. They just want to keep sucking up
that show energy. That's a compliment to the great job you guys did.
Individual shout outs:
Laura - awesome job, your Frank gets better and better. Your weight
loss really shows in that role because you have to be so naked.
Boobies for days! The people sitting around me, upon seeing your
floorshow costume "OMG, that's just great!"
Naomi - you rock girl, you had so many stand out moments, but for me
your Columbia rant, wonderful, you've don't that same kind of rant
before, but last night it was simply supreme. You are like a sponge
and you soak up the audience energy and give it all back to them.
Josh - you looked great 95% screen accurate with that touch of your
own personal flair, loved your misfits belt with your suit. You did
good. I'm glad you are here bring your own personal style to the
show. You're great. :)
Ella - what can I say, your level of personal commitment impresses the
fuck out of me, yet you are still able to get out there and make that
role your own and not just a cardboard cut out that you see so often.
I'm so glad you chose us. :)
Jim - Again, you get the part right, but have tons of energy and
really make the part your own while keeping it all together. Your
audience interaction is great. I said it before you guys are a great
fit with LPP. I'm not sure how much freedom you have been able to
have in past casts you were in, but if our show style is new to you,
it doesn't show. :)
Renee - OMG you weren't Janet! :) But seriously, you are the active
cast member who's been with us the longest. I looked back at some old
photos and you have been with LPP since like June 2000. Now that's
commitment! You are a good all around player and will play anything
you are asked to play. You have come such a long way since you first
ate that brownie off that 13 year old's crotch. :) I'm so glad you
are still here. Great job last night!
Carol - Ok, you were awesome, such a great Magenta. You haven't
played with us in years yet you were on point with everything you
needed to do. You seemed very at ease despite what a nightmare our
complete lack of blocking can be. Your costume and make up were great
and you put alot of energy into your character. AND your kids are
GREAT! I really hope you guys come around more often. Your guys are
really an asset to the show.
Erick - Oh my dear sweet Erick, you put so much of yourself into your
roles when you play. When you are playing there is never any doubt in
my mind that you are having a great time, even when you get lathered
in icy hot! You took that well btw, but next time I'm gonna try and
make sure it's glitter gel. The audience loves you for a reason, and
it's not just because we all talk about your penis alot. That being
said, I can't wait for the return of SUPER COCK!
Sheldon - You did a really great job as Dr. Scott, esp. when you
consider the fact that you didn't even know you were gonna play when
you got there. I want to say thanks for stepping in at the last
second like that and then giving your all. I noticed all the little
things that you did, btw. Keep at it!
Jon - You are so Jon. You were all over that place last night! You
kinda had a double role as Crim and photographer and it cracked me up
to see you run at full speed all they way down the aisle when it was
crim time because you were in the back of the theater snapping photos
and interacting with the audience. :) I hope you got some good shots
of the cast and the audience and I'm going to email you the photobook
address and password.
Everybody got lots of laughs, even from the virgins of which there
were quite a bit. We totally ran out of virgin certificates and had
to pass out a few of the old ones. Yet we still had a great amount of
audience participation both verbal and physical.
As for the audience:
Because of my cold, my voice is just wasted but there was so much
audience AP that it didn't even matter. The audience was just great
last night. There was a fair smattering of alumni in the audience,
several of whom told me that they wanted to come back and play and
were very excited by the prospect and quite frankly, every one of
those guys were folks who I used to just love to see play and I'm
looking forward to their return! Oldsters who were there were people
like Jason, Ryan, Jimmy, Marcus, Amber along with Brian and Allison.
If I left anybody out I'm sorry. All of you guys helped bring energy
to the show AND I heard some old AP that I haven't heard in FOREVER.
Skip in the movie, HA!
I also want to thank everybody who made it to the meeting last night.
We have alot of awesome stuff planned and you are all gonna be
important parts in it. I think 2009 is going to be an exiting year
for LPP and the show and you guys are going to be what makes that happen.
Keep up the good work! I'm very proud to call you guys my cast. :)
